Pay:

$20-25/hr based on experience, responsibilities and performance. We're a fun and fast-paced operation that helps people in our community get rid of unwanted items, responsibly. Truck Team Member:

Customer Service:

WOWing every customer with a friendly, positive attitude and exceptional service

Truck Operations:

Safe driving and loading of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks with a team member (so a valid standard driver's license is required)

Junk Removal:

Heavy and light lifting required for removal of "junk" from residential and commercial client locations (i.e. couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard, and garage junk)

Marketing:

Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to all you meet and encounter

Sales:

Providing estimates to customers that call us for quotes to have items removed and educating them on how we safely dispose of, recycle, and/or donate what we can to keep as much out of landfills as possible

Safety:

Commitment to the safe and professional navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers' belongings.

Professional & Uniformed:

Qualifications:

23+ years of age (for insurance purposes) A valid standard driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years) Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude! Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience an asset (but not required) Able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly Previous experience in the following is a plus:
