Is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Contractors to join our team in the L.A. area This role offers a consistent workload servicing both apartment buildings and single-family homes. We are looking for a professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, is reliable, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Perform general property maintenance and repairs across assigned sites. Handle Plumbing, electrical, painting, and general handyman tasks(additional skills are a plus). Use your own tools and transportation to complete daily assignments. Respond promptly to work requests from on-site managers and ensure all repairs are completed efficiently. Document and report all completed work thoroughly. Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with tenants and management staff. The following are
