WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE
Serve as the first responder for maintenance requests in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, addressing issues promptly and professionally. Perform routine and preventative maintenance across the property, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance concerns in guest rooms, spa, fitness areas, offices, and other facilities to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment. Complete minor repairs and service requests for equipment such as Wi-Fi, televisions, phones, door locks, and safes. Support maintenance projects by assisting with equipment moves, space reconfigurations, and providing updates to leadership. Maintain organized workspaces and inventory, ensuring tools, parts, and maintenance records are accurate and up to date. Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
3-5 years of experience in facilities, engineering, or a related field, with strong working knowledge of maintenance operations. High school diploma or equivalent, with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Solid understanding of safety standards and OSHA regulations, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and resolve problems quickly with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 40 lbs. and working around machinery or hazardous equipment. Flexible and team-oriented, with the ability to work varied shifts (including evenings and weekends) and collaborate effectively with guests, staff, and contractors.
