General Maintenance Worker

The primary focus of this role is to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the building and grounds at Forerunner.

General Maintenance Worker responsibilities include:

Office/building cleaning Equipment cleaning and detailing Grounds maintenance Building and property maintenance/basic repairs Painting Assisting with construction projects Job requirements: Ability to operate commercial mowers, small engine equipment, and hand tools Experience doing property or grounds maintenance

• Self-motivated and ambitious Experienced in custodial, property, or grounds maintenance

Expected Hours:

• Full-time hourly
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts, M-F, occasional weekends

Schedule:

• May be requested to work flexible hours
• May be requested to work occasional weekend hours

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
