• Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at Wingate Canton, OH and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced limited service hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of hospitality management. This role requires a proactive approach to managing staff, guest experience, and maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. Manage staff training programs to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction. Implement effective budgeting strategies to optimize financial performance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and kitchen operations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Monitor inventory levels and manage cash handling processes efficiently. Utilize Synxis PMS system for operations management and financial reporting. Collaborate with Hotel staff to maintain high standards of Wyndham Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field is essential. Strong knowledge of full service hospitality operations. Familiarity with Synxis PMS or similar property management systems is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively. Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cash handling practices is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to train and develop staff in a fast-paced environment.
