Alfalfa Farm Cellars General Manager Ad General Manager — Brewery, Winery & Distillery We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead a unique craft beverage destination featuring an on-site brewery, winery, and distillery, a taproom, cocktail and wine bar, retail sales, private events, and rotating food trucks/caterers. This role serves as the owner's right hand, overseeing daily operations, financial performance, staff leadership, and guest experience across the entire property while allowing production teams to focus on brewing, winemaking, and distilling. Key Responsibilities Lead all front-of-house operations across taproom, bar, retail, and events Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff; oversee HR and payroll Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships Drive revenue through service standards, retail strategy, and event execution Maintain compliance with alcohol regulations, health codes, and safety standards Coordinate with production teams on product releases and programming Oversee booking and execution of private events and partnerships with food trucks/caterers Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls Qualifications Proven leadership experience as a GM or senior manager in hospitality, brewery/distillery/winery, or high-volume bar operations Strong financial and operational acumen Experience with retail beverage sales and inventory systems preferred Knowledge of alcohol laws and compliance requirements Exceptional organizational, communication, and team-building skills Ability to lead in a fast-paced, multi-revenue-stream environment What We Offer Opportunity to lead a flagship craft beverage destination High level of autonomy and influence on growth and culture Competitive salary and performance incentives
