• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of a quick-service fast-food restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the food industry, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Duties
• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing kitchen management, cash handling, and food preparation
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Implement and maintain operational procedures and policies
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Conduct shift management to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Skills
• Proven experience in managing a casual dining or quick-service restaurant
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food industry standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Proficient in managing shifts effectively
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
