We're looking for a General Manager to lead operations across both locations, someone who can bring energy, accountability, and vision while maintaining the hometown values our customers trust. This is not a corporate desk job. About the Role The General Manager will oversee daily operations, sales performance, team leadership, customer experience, and long-term business growth across both dealership locations. This role requires someone who can balance strategy with execution, a leader who can manage the big picture while staying actively involved in day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with ownership and department leaders to build a culture focused on accountability, profitability, teamwork, and exceptional service. What You'll Do Leadership & Culture Lead and motivate teams across both locations Build a strong culture centered on professionalism, accountability, and customer service Recruit, develop, and retain top talent Coach department managers and employees to maximize performance Foster teamwork between sales, service, parts, and administrative departments Operations Management Oversee day-to-day dealership operations Improve efficiency, communication, and operational processes Ensure locations are clean, organized, and customer-ready Monitor inventory management and operational performance Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and employee engagement Sales & Business Growth Drive revenue growth and profitability across both businesses Monitor KPIs, sales goals, margins, and departmental performance Help develop sales strategies, promotions, and customer outreach initiatives Build relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners Identify opportunities for expansion and operational improvement Customer Experience Ensure customers receive an outstanding experience from start to finish Help resolve escalated customer situations professionally and efficiently Reinforce a culture where customer relationships come first What We're Looking For Ideal Qualifications 5+ years of leadership or management experience Experience in dealership, equipment, RV, automotive, powersports, agriculture, or related industries preferred Proven ability to lead teams and drive business performance Strong communication and organizational skills Financial and operational management experience High-energy, solution-oriented leadership style Strong work ethic with a hands-on mindset
