Additional Job Requirements General Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike's store / operation, including:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• ServSafe Manager Certified
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Basic computer skills Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate, but ultimate responsibility rests with the
