General Manager

Lead and develop associates across multiple locations with clear expectations and consistent feedback Own financial performance and market share goals for your operating group Arrange and direct funeral services with professionalism and genuine care Build lasting relationships within the communities your locations serve Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company standards across your group Requirements Active Funeral Director / Mortician license in applicable state(s
