Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager and Director of Sales to lead our organization with energy, strategic insight, and a passion for growth. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all operational functions, drive sales initiatives, and cultivate a high-performance culture. Your leadership will inspire teams, optimize processes, and steer the company toward sustained profitability. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. This is a dual role position. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies that align with organizational goals and market opportunities. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Develop business reltionships with local business drivers and seek to divert them to utilization of the property. Oversee profit & loss management, ensuring financial health through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Drive business development efforts by identifying new markets, cultivating client relationships, and expanding the company's footprint. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service quality across all departments. Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain and continual improvement of the physical plant. Maintain guest service scores above brand benchmark Manage project timelines and resources to successfully deliver initiatives that support growth objectives. Adhere to Hotel Brand standards and maintain 100% compliance. Labor control based on forecasted business levels. Skills Proven management experience with a track record of leading diverse teams to success. Strong strategic planning capabilities with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Exceptional leadership skills that foster collaboration, accountability, and motivation within teams. Deep understanding of profit & loss statements with experience in financial analysis and decision-making. Demonstrated supervising experience in fast-paced or complex environments. Expertise in business development strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Skilled in directing the team, motivating and developing a culture of service, quality and profit for ownership. Skilled in project management methodologies to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions. Excellent sales acumen with the ability to develop innovative approaches to customer engagement. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
