The Opportunity We own and operate a network of unattended devices, including ATMs and kiosks, deployed across airports, financial institutions, hotel chains, and other high-traffic locations throughout the US. We're a fast-growing company of about 20 people moving fast and scaling faster. We need a General Manager who is ready to take real ownership, not just manage tasks, but own outcomes. You'll operate as the right hand of the CEO, running day-to-day operations, driving performance across teams, and building the infrastructure that takes us to the next level. This isn't a support role. This is a leadership role with genuine authority, real accountability, and direct impact on where this company goes. What You'll Own Full operational ownership of day-to-day business performance Leadership and development of team leads across all departments Revenue growth, operational efficiency, and company-wide accountability Setting priorities, tracking KPIs, and making sure targets get hit Identifying problems early and driving fast, effective solutions Building the systems and processes that power sustainable growth Who You Are A proven operator. You've run a business, a business unit, or a high-performing team before A natural leader who knows how to develop people, not just manage them Deeply accountable. You own results, not excuses, and you hold your team to the same standard Fast and decisive.
