Summary Sunshine Linen Services is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial General Manager to oversee operations and spearhead business development for our commercial B2B laundry company. This role blends operational leadership with a proactive focus on sales, marketing, and client acquisition . The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who can manage workflow, lead a team, and represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to drive growth. Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee day-to-day laundry facility operations including wash, dry, fold, inventory, and delivery processes Sales, Marketing & Business Growth Develop and execute local marketing and outreach strategies to grow brand awareness Represent the company at industry trade shows, expos, chamber of commerce meetings, and networking events Actively prospect new clients, nurture leads, and close service agreements Maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction Oversee or collaborate on digital marketing efforts (social media, website updates, email campaigns)

Qualifications:

5+ years of management experience, preferably in commercial laundry, logistics, or hospitality Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Comfortable attending and networking at public events, trade shows, and conferences Familiarity with operational software and reporting tools Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary:

Starting at $50,000 per year

Profit Sharing:

Commission-based incentive for all new client contracts brought in Paid time off Opportunity to grow with an expanding company in a leadership role
