General Manager Concrete Products

Job Summary Oversee all of Stewart Concrete Products' operations, drive product/process improvements and product line growth, drive SCP business growth/expansion, and coordinate with other business units in the BMC Enterprises portfolio of companies. Responsibilities Lead, motivate, manage, and develop operations-related staff in the following functional areas: Plant Operations, Sales, Quality Control, and Customer Service. Provide feedback, coaching and accountability to all operations-related employees and initiate corrective actions and/or performance improvement plans as needed. Achieve the company's financial goals by (1) utilizing financial data to guide in decision making, (2) maximize operating efficiencies through best practices, and (3) continuous improvement of critical business systems and processes. Establish and monitor operations metrics to evaluate and improve process effectiveness in Plant Operations, Sales, Quality Control, and Customer Service. Maintain a positive, productive, compliant, and safe work environment. Pay:

$120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
