General Manager Lake Geneva, WI (On-site) Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable) Direct experience in corrugated box (paper-to-box) conversion manufacturing Hands-on experience with corrugator machines Background must be in box conversion operations — candidates from sheet plants, pulp/paper mills, plastics, containerboard, particleboard, or similar environments without conversion experience will not be considered Proven P&L ownership and full operational leadership of a manufacturing facility Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience , including 3+ years in an industry-specific management role Why This Opportunity Stands Out This is a full-site leadership role with complete accountability for performance, profitability, and growth of a corrugated packaging facility.
