Responsibilities Manage employees in daily tasks Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs Manager inventory, maintenance and other operational functions Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement Follow opening/closing procedures Utilize the POS system to cash customers out or administer returns Work with marketing department to manage brand and social media Skills/Experience Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively Great customer service skills Decision-making and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Proactive and willing to take on challenges Able to manage and motivate others Knowledge of sports cards
