Job Requirements:

At least 3 years as a General Manager in a QSR or Fast-Casual Restaurant Environment Strong tenure with no more than 2 companies in the last 5 years Great at developing people and helping them achieve their goals Hands-on management style, knowledgeable in restaurant administrative operations Great communication and problem-solving skills We believe in providing a solid quality of life for our employees, and our operation shows it, for example: We don't serve breakfast or alcohol.
