Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance 10+ years in a senior manufacturing leadership role with full P&L ownership Strong background in automotive industry; metal forming, stamping This is an opportunity with a leading precision metal components manufacturer serving the automotive, industrial, and commercial markets. The successful candidate will have full P&L responsibility and lead all plant operations, including HR, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead plant operations with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and production performance. Execute lean production strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and achieve volume and cost targets. Oversee planning and execution of new product launches from validation through full production ramp-up. Manage plant budgets, capital investments, and cost control initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. Champion safety, quality, environmental compliance, and sustainability across all operations. Build, develop, and lead a high-performing organization while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and integrity.
