Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced manager with proven leadership abilities to bring our restaurant to the next level. A competitive nature, ability to train and delegate, and a positive attitude are just a few of the traits you will need to be successful in this position. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a motor vehicle record check, criminal background check, and sex offender check. A standard Papa John's employment application must be completed in order to be considered for employment. Must have at least 1 year General Management Experience in any field. Must have open availability. Must be self-motivated and driven to succeed. Must have a general understanding of inventory and labor control. Must have a general understanding of computers. Company Introduction We have 10 stores in Texas, 3 in the Beaumont Area, 6 in East Texas Area and Texarkana. We have 21 stores in Louisiana, 12 in the Baton Rouge area, 2 in Lake Charles area, Leesville/Fort Polk, 4 in Shreveport area and Ruston and Monroe, LA.
