Our mission is to help men feel their best—quickly and confidently. Position Summary We are seeking an energetic and growth-minded General Manager to lead our new clinic. This role is ideal for someone with a background in business, marketing, or healthcare (e.g., RN, LPN, or Medical Assistant) who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. You will be responsible for driving clinic growth through marketing and lead generation, managing day-to-day operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring a top-tier patient experience. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Lead Generation Develop and execute local marketing strategies, including grassroots outreach, social media campaigns, and community events. Establish partnerships with local gyms, wellness centers, and businesses to generate referrals. Manage and follow up on leads through CRM systems, ensuring timely and effective communication. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization. Clinic Operations & Patient Experience Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Manage inventory of medical supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies. Maintain a welcoming and professional environment that enhances patient satisfaction. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance metrics and set goals. Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff, encouraging professional growth. Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during clinic hours. Financial Management Monitor clinic financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Prepare and review financial reports, identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. Manage payroll and ensure timely compensation for staff. Collaborate with the corporate team to align financial goals and strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Licensed RN, LPN, or Certified Medical Assistant is a plus. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in clinic management, healthcare operations, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
