Our customer base includes both big box stores as well as independent retailers and landscapers. Sundance Growers Inc. located in Suncity Florida is the company's southernmost growing facility. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to become the general manager of the Sundance facility. This position will oversee all aspects of the site.

Responsibilities include:

Managing all aspects of a 100+ acre growing facility Recruitment of growers and management of H2A Labor force Order fulfillment Risk Management and being a point person for regulatory agencies Coordinating labor and reporting payroll Managing budgets with regard to labor management, crop inputs and capital/equipment expenditures Managing growers and maintaining crop quality and specifications for nursery and floricultural crops Logistics and management of trucking Administrative functions Communicating with New York on production plans and producing to the sales forecast Overseeing maintenance departments and capital projects Job Requirements Requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills Highly motivated and capable of building and maintaining a team Ability to accept change and new directions Minimum of 10 years experience as a GM/Head Grower.
