General Manager - Nightclub

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager - Nightclub to lead and oversee all aspects of our vibrant nightlife venue. Duties Lead and supervise all nightclub operations, including staffing, guest services, and event management to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Develop and execute strategic plans for events, promotions, and entertainment to maximize attendance and revenue. Oversee shift management, ensuring proper staffing levels, cash handling procedures, and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain high standards of customer service by training staff on guest engagement, hospitality best practices, and conflict resolution. Manage budgets, prepare reports on sales, expenses, and operational performance to inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations to provide a secure environment for guests and staff. Supervise supervising experience staff including assistant managers; foster a motivated team committed to excellence in service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in nightclub management or a similar hospitality environment with a focus on nightlife or entertainment venues. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse staff members effectively. Excellent event management skills with a track record of organizing successful themed nights or special events. Demonstrated expertise in report writing for operational performance, financials, and incident documentation. Experience in managing customer service operations within a hospitality or resort setting is highly desirable. Skilled in shift management, guest services, cash handling procedures, and supervising teams in fast-paced environments. Previous assistant manager experience in restaurants or hospitality venues is preferred; familiarity with nightclub-specific challenges is a plus.
