Role:

We're looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead daily operations at our Raceway Gas Station in Batesville, MS. As the GM, you'll oversee all aspects of store performance—from team leadership and customer service to merchandising, fuel sales, and financials. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Managers and Associates Oversee day-to-day operations including inventory and ordering, vendor relationships, food service, and merchandising Monitor and drive sales performance, labor efficiency, and profitability goals Ensure top-tier customer service and satisfaction through hands-on leadership Enforce health, safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards Manage scheduling, payroll, and HR responsibilities for all store personnel Maintain accurate records for fuel reconciliation, inventory audits, and P&L reports Identify operational improvements and drive continuous performance optimization

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in convenience store, gas station, or retail management Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage P&L statements and drive financial results Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred) Fuel management experience is a plus but not required
