  • Bar and Restaurant to lead our vibrant dining establishment to new heights.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of the bar and restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food production, and a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive the bar and restaurant's success by managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining food safety standards, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional eager to make a lasting impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Duties Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen management, to ensure smooth service delivery. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently across all menu items. Manage inventory control and food safety protocols to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations. Utilize POS system Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training, and performance evaluations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience. Coordinate shift schedules, oversee kitchen and dining room staff, and ensure efficient shift management. Monitor budgeting activities and control costs related to food, labor, and supplies to maximize profitability. Implement food safety standards and oversee food handling procedures in accordance with industry regulations. Foster a team-oriented environment that promotes hospitality excellence, culinary creativity, and operational efficiency. Experience Proven management experience within the bar and food service industry. Extensive background in restaurant management with hands-on experience in supervising staff across multiple departments. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and culinary operations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and reporting. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, cash handling, and food safety compliance. Prior involvement in staff training & development programs within hospitality or restaurant settings. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
