In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and maintain exceptional customer service. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure high-quality guest experiences Supervise and train staff on food handling, customer service, POS systems. Manage inventory control, food production, and food safety standards to minimize waste and maximize efficiency Oversee shift management, including scheduling, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with health regulations Implement staff training and development programs to enhance team skills in culinary techniques, food presentation, and hospitality excellence Monitor restaurant performance metrics, prepare reports on sales and expenses, and develop strategies for continuous improvement Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth Requirements Proven management experience in casual dining establishments with supervising responsibilities Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen management practices Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling. Strong background in food safety standards, inventory control, budgeting, and food handling procedures Demonstrated leadership skills in staff training, interviewing, team management, and conflict resolution Experience with restaurant management software and cash handling procedures Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach to service delivery Join us as our General Manager to lead an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
