General Manager - Restaurant

General Manager Little Caesars-Vibe Restaurants is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for all day-to-day operations, including maintaining our high service standards, developing your team, and achieving financial goals. You will lead a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and Team Members. About the Role As the General Manager, you'll be the heart of our restaurant's operations. You'll own the guest experience, ensure the Vibe culture and core values are upheld, and protect our brand. You will also be responsible for human resources, safety, and security within the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Own Restaurant Operations:

Maintain a sense of urgency and speed of service, ensuring the restaurant is organized, clean, and sanitized. You will also be accountable for cash handling.

Lead and Develop Staff:

You'll oversee the entire employee life cycle, from recruiting and hiring to training and development. You'll provide direction and feedback to your team, monitoring their performance and creating a positive work environment.

Drive Financial Performance:

You're accountable for the store's profitability by driving top-line sales and managing inventory, scheduling, and labor. Qualifications & Requirements We're looking for an experienced leader who can effectively manage and inspire a team.

The ideal candidate will have:

A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus). Two to four years of supervisory experience in the food service industry. The ability to manage and control costs to meet financial goals. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proven experience supervising and training staff, including safety training. The ability to work effectively with limited supervision, prioritize tasks, and solve problems. Work Environment & Physical Demands This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll be on your feet for long periods. You must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently. The role may require you to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay:

Up to $55,000.00 per year
