General Manager - Restaurant Bellevue, WI 54311 Full-time Full-time General Manager Tucson's SW Grill & Bar - Green Bay, WI Tucson's SW Grill & Bar is seeking a dedicated, experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with pride, passion, and accountability. We are remote owners looking for someone who wants to treat Tucson's as if it were their own business — someone who takes ownership, leads by example, builds strong teams, and genuinely cares about the guest experience and long-term success of the restaurant. Responsibilities Oversee all daily restaurant operations Lead, coach, and develop front and back of house teams Create a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency Handle hiring, training, disciplinary action, and staff development Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations Work closely with ownership on goals, performance, and growth initiatives Act as the face and leader of the restaurant within the community Qualifications Previous restaurant General Manager experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to manage teams and restaurant operations effectively Experience with scheduling, labor management, and P&L awareness Ability to problem solve and lead under pressure Self-motivated and dependable Ownership mentality with a passion for hospitality Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required What We're Looking For We are not just looking for someone to "run shifts."
