$70,000 - $80,000 Base Salary + Profit Share Great Marsh is seeking a high-level General Manager to lead one of the most unique hospitality and entertainment venues in New England. This is not a traditional restaurant management position. The General Manager will serve as the #1 operator in the building and will oversee all day-to-day operations across: Bar operations Restaurant operations Events Entertainment Staffing Guest experience Sports programming Private functions Operational systems Financial performance The GM will report directly to ownership and play a major role in scaling the business into a regional hospitality destination.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee all daily operations Lead management team and staff Drive hospitality standards and customer experience Manage labor, scheduling, and operational efficiency Coordinate large-scale events and entertainment Work directly with ownership on growth strategy Maintain accountability across all departments Improve systems, profitability, and execution Ensure building operates at a high level during peak volume periods

COMPENSATION

$70,000 - $80,000 base salary Profit share opportunity Growth opportunity with expanding hospitality platform High visibility leadership role
