Job Description

Building Something Special:
La Vigneta Winery & Restaurant is an upscale, Italian-inspired winery and dining experience rooted in craftsmanship, hospitality, and story. We are building a destination—not settling for average. We are seeking a high-performing General Manager who operates like an owner—someone who can elevate the guest experience, drive revenue, build a high-performing team, and turn vision into execution. This is a hands-on leadership role with real influence and growth potential.
The Opportunity:
We are at a pivotal stage of growth. With strong winery distribution already established across state lines, our focus is now on scaling the restaurant's revenue and experience.
Key goal:
Grow weekly sales from $30K → $60K within 6 months through stronger marketing, operational consistency, and elevated guest experience.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience & Service Excellence
  • Set and maintain a polished, high-energy environment
  • Build and document scalable service standards
  • Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership
  • Own the P&L and drive revenue across all channels
  • Activate slower nights with targeted strategies
  • Bar, Wine & Experience Ownership
  • Elevate the bar into a destination experience
  • Events, Catering & Partnerships
  • Build private events, corporate bookings, and catering
  • Marketing & Brand Execution
  • Lead social media, promotions, and partnerships
  • Team Leadership & Culture
  • Hire, train, and develop staff
  • Operations & Standards
  • Own scheduling, labor, and
SOPs Schedule Expectations:
5 days per week, ~10-hour days. Nights and weekends required.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary + performance bonus tied to revenue growth, profitability, events, and guest satisfaction.
Pay:
$65,000.00
