We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead one of the Greater Hartford area's premier upscale-casual dining destinations. This is an opportunity to step into a high-volume, highly visible concept known for its vibrant atmosphere, scratch-driven menu, polished hospitality, and strong local following. This is not an office-management role. We are looking for a true operator — someone who leads from the floor, builds genuine guest connections, develops strong teams, drives sales growth, and takes full ownership of the business. About the Concept This upscale-casual concept features chef-driven American comfort food, coal-fired cooking, handcrafted cocktails, brunch, private events, and a vibrant social dining atmosphere. The restaurant offers multiple dining spaces, a strong bar business, event opportunities, and significant potential for continued growth through private dining, community engagement, and strategic sales initiatives.
