Role Description This is an on-site, full-time General Manager (ATV Rental, Sales, and Tour Agent) role based in Jerome, Michigan. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of ATV rentals, sales, and guided tours while ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing a team, scheduling staff, maintaining inventory, coordinating tours, and ensuring equipment safety standards. Additionally, the role involves developing marketing strategies, fostering positive customer relationships, and overseeing financial and operational performance.
