About the Position VGBroker is looking for an General Operations Manager to support run our operations and help drive our continued success. As the General Operations Manager you will work closely with the Owner / CEO to manage staff, recruit talent, exit problematic hires, ensure efficient operations, improve processes, and lead key initiatives within the company. Your role will focus on managing daily operations, guiding teams, and working to foster a positive and high-performance work environment. Paid Time-off :

Up to 20 days of paid time off (PTO) annually! After the Training Window, you'll receive ten days of PTO per year. After one year, you'll receive 15 days of PTO per year. After two years, you'll receive 20 days of PTO per year.

Paid Holidays :

Five paid holidays per year after the Training Window.

Regular Schedule :

Typically Monday through Friday with weekends off. Regular work hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM• (with a 30-minute lunch break).

Overtime :

Overtime is expected for this position, and the candidate must be expected to work between 2-6 hours of overtime per week to push the company forward and learn various positions.

Salary :

$70,000 per year during the Training Window. $90,000 per year after completing the training for 2026

Professional Growth :

Duties Support daily operations across various departments and assist with managing day-to-day activities. Guide, mentor, and train staff to ensure a productive and positive work environment. Assist with managing performance and workflow to meet company goals and objectives. Oversee process improvements and troubleshoot operational challenges. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress to senior leadership. Help manage inventory control, vendor relationships, and customer service operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher. Proven management experience, ideally in a IT, warehouse or eCommerce environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and train teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. when necessary. Ability to stand for long periods. Strong computer skills A valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation to and from work.
