Responsibilities and Duties:

Follow written and verbal instructions, including work standards and check sheets, to produce various product components Inspect and verify the accuracy of the product for quality conformance using measuring and testing machines/equipment or by visual examination Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts using basic hand tools Record production data in the computer system or on paper. Maintain production progress concerning the production schedule. Adhere to machine/equipment preventative maintenance plans Comply with departmental continuous improvement activities (product quality, production efficiencies, scrap, downtime) Promote and ensure conformance to the company's

procedures (work standards, regulations, quality manual) Promote and ensure conformance to the company's

ISO 14001

procedures (recycling, reducing waste) Promote and ensure a safe, clean, harassment-free, working environment. Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age Previous manufacturing experience is preferred Prior experience with CNC or lathe is a plus High School Diploma or equivalent Understand basic math
