General Production Worker

Job Title:

General Production Worker Job Summary The General Production Worker supports daily production by operating basic equipment, packing products, and keeping the work area clean and safe. This role helps produce and package food products while following quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. Job Duties Operate basic production and packaging equipment Prepare and pack food products according to instructions Check products for quality and proper packaging Keep machines running and report any problems Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas Perform general labor tasks such as assembling, packing, and moving materials Follow all food safety, hygiene, and safety rules Work as part of a team to complete production for the shift Stay until work is finished, including cleanup at the end of production Qualifications Experience in general labor or production is helpful but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable doing repetitive tasks and standing for long periods Willingness to work in a cold, wet environment Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts until completed Able to lift, move, and handle materials safely Preferred (Not Required) Experience in food production or packaging Familiarity with cleaning or sanitation work Flexibility to work different shifts Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albert Lea, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.90/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
