General Production Worker

Production Worker Job Description We are seeking a diligent and dedicated Production Worker to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the assembly of cabinets, manage material handling, and support various shop needs. Your tasks will include hand sanding wood products, assisting sprayers in the booth, and ensuring a neat and clean work area. This position requires teamwork and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in the assembly of cabinets. Load and unload parts into machines. Perform material handling tasks. Hand sand wood products. Assist sprayers in the booth. Conduct assembly work. Maintain a neat and clean work area. Load and unload automatic spray lines. Work collaboratively as a team player. Adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Stand for extended periods. Essential Skills Experience with general labor tasks. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Production and construction knowledge. Ability to accurately use a tape measure. 6+ months of manufacturing experience. Skills in assembly and carpentry. Experience with loading and unloading tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a General Laborer. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Princeton, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
