6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Sunday-Wednesday)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Production Worker to join our croissant mixing room team. This role prepares raw dough for baking by operating mixing equipment, adding ingredients, and handling dough on the production line while following food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and mix croissant dough according to specifications Operate and adjust basic production machinery Add ingredients (butter, margarine, etc.) at proper times Handle, fold, wrap, pan, and rack dough Move racks into coolers as scheduled Maintain cleanliness, safety, and food quality standards

Requirements:

Production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable in a fast‑paced, physical environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Willingness to rotate tasks and wear required PPE Why Join Us?
