• Job Description
• This role supports a manufacturing facility that produces brake drums by performing production-level tasks in the quality area. You will contribute to the safe and efficient manufacture of products through hands-on work in general production, assembly, packaging, and inspection.
• Responsibilities
• + Perform general production and labor tasks to support the manufacturing of brake drums.

+ Work in the quality area to carry out production-level inspection activities. + Assemble components according to established procedures and quality standards. + Package finished products accurately and securely for shipment or further processing. + Inspect materials and finished products to identify defects or nonconformities. + Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures while working on the production floor. + Maintain a clean and organized work area in a hot and dirty manufacturing environment. + Work overtime as needed to meet production and quality targets.

• + Ability to perform general production and general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to work in a hot, dirty, and physically demanding production setting. + Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and quality standards consistently. + Ability to work overtime when required to meet production needs. + Attention to detail for inspection, assembly, and packaging activities.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience with assembly work in a manufacturing or industrial environment. + Experience with packaging products in a production setting. + Experience performing basic inspection tasks to support quality control.

• Pay and Benefits
