As a General Production Worker, you'll help build high‑quality pre‑hung doors using modern machinery, hand tools, and power tools.     • What You'll Do
    • You'll be an essential part of the production process by: + Operating stitching machines and casing machines safely and efficiently + Using nail guns, staplers, and hand tools to assemble jambs and casings + Pulling molding orders and staging materials for the production line + Operating a forklift to move stock and load finished pallets + _(Training provided if you're not certified yet)_ This role offers variety, steady workflow, and the satisfaction of building a finished product every day.

    • + Experience in production, assembly, construction, or general labor + Ability to operate machines, forklifts, and packaging equipment + Comfort using hand tools and power tools + Ability to read a tape measure accurately down to 1/32"

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may besubject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefitsavailable for this temporary role may include the following:
