General Production Worker

Job Description This role supports day-to-day production operations by packaging pipe at the end of the line and assisting with general labor tasks. You will help keep the production process running smoothly, working with equipment and materials to ensure products are prepared accurately and efficiently for shipment. Responsibilities Package pipe at the end of the production line according to established procedures and quality standards. Perform general production and general labor tasks as directed to support overall manufacturing operations. Operate basic production and packaging equipment safely after receiving proper training. Assist with machine operation activities as needed to maintain consistent workflow. Use forklifts or other material handling equipment if trained and authorized, to move materials and finished products. Maintain a clean and organized work area, recognizing that the environment can be somewhat dirty and not climate controlled. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while working around machinery and production equipment. Meet productivity expectations by working efficiently and staying focused throughout the shift. Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality to support continuous production schedules. Participate in on-the-job training and apply new skills to improve performance over time. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lemont Furnace, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
