We are seeking a dependable General Production Worker to support daily manufacturing and cleaning operations. This role involves operating equipment, following detailed instructions, and ensuring product quality in a clean, controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning, testing, and general production tasks Operate equipment safely and efficiently Follow work instructions and complete documentation accurately Handle materials and chemicals according to safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Basic experience with hand tools and production tasks preferred Reliable attendance and safety-focused mindset No prior experience required

Work Schedule & Environment:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Clean, temperature-controlled shop environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
