The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various automotive systems, ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. Duties Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire services, and alignments. Utilize diagnostic tools to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and performance. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding vehicle issues and repair options. Assist in sales of automotive services and products as needed. Handle heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment when necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests. Requirements Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Dealership experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and diagnostics. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire services, and alignments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
