Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols and clinical guidelines
Acquire clear, accurate and diagnostically appropriate ultrasound images
Review patient information and clinical indications prior to examinations
Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures in a clear and professional manner
Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the examination process
Operate ultrasound equipment safely and effectively
Identify and document technical or imaging limitations
Record relevant measurements and observations for physician or radiologist review
Maintain accurate patient records and examination documentation
Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures when required
Requirements:
At least 2 - 3 years' Sonographer experience
