What You'll Lead:

• All dealership operations - sales, service, parts, finance, and administration
• Strategic planning and execution to achieve profitability goals
• High-performing team of department managers and staff
• Boat and RV inventory management and purchasing decisions
• Customer experience and satisfaction across all touchpoints
• Manufacturer relationships and compliance standards

What We're Looking For:

• 7-10+ years of dealership management experience (marine, RV, or automotive)
• 3-5+ years as General Manager or multi-department leader
• Proven track record of profitability and team development
• Strong P&L management and financial acumen
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities
