Genetic Counseling Assistant

Juno Genetics is a high volume, clinical diagnostic and clinical-based research laboratory. Our state-of-the-art facilities in Basking Ridge, New Jersey have the latest equipment available to provide a comprehensive range of genetic services, including preimplantation genetic testing. We are currently seeking a highly motivated genetic counseling assistant to join our talented staff in our preimplantation genetic testing laboratory. The right candidate must be detail-oriented, demonstrate effective time-management skills, as well as excellent communication skills.

Essential Functions:

• Assist in collection of relevant medical records and lab reports
• Collect information from patients in preparation for their appointment
• Answer and make calls to/from patients and providers
• Register and accession samples
• Assist in packaging and shipping specimen kits
• Process billing for patients
• Scan and upload documents as needed
