GFEBS PM
Coordinator Lead manages all GFEBS-related plant maintenance functions and serves as the primary administrator for data entry, reporting, and system integration supporting BOS operations. The position ensures accurate tracking of maintenance activities, asset management, and financial accountability within GFEBS, while coordinating with ArMA for service request processing. The Coordinator supports work order lifecycle management, ensures data integrity across systems, and enables effective reporting and decision-making for Government stakeholders.
Tasks and Capabilities Required:
Perform GFEBS data entry, reporting, and maintenance for all plant maintenance activities Manage and execute roles including PM Order Maintainer, Approver, Reporter, and Inventory Maintainer Coordinate integration between ArMA and GFEBS systems for work order processing Track and manage Preventive Maintenance and Demand Maintenance Orders Maintain accurate asset and inventory records (Property, Plant, and Equipment - PPE) Generate reports and support business intelligence functions for BOS performance tracking Ensure compliance with GFEBS procedures and Government reporting requirements
Mandatory Job Experience and Certifications:
Minimum 3 years of GFEBS experience supporting Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and project tracking Demonstrated experience performing GFEBS roles (Certification Copies must be provided) A76 DPW Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer A76 DPW Contractor Preventative Maintenance Controller A76 DPW Contractor GR (Goods Receipt) Processor A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Maintainer A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer A76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter Proven experience supporting maintenance operations
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience with ArMA system integration and service order processing Experience with Maximo CMMS or similar asset management systems Knowledge of Army DPW maintenance workflows and reporting requirements Experience supporting BOS or large-scale facilities maintenance programs
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Desired) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
