Gift Shop Sales Clerk

General Description :

Do you enjoy meeting new people and have a passion for customer service? The Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library is looking for an energetic and outgoing Gift Shop Associate to be the first friendly face our visitors meet! As a part-time team member, you'll greet guests, process admissions, assist with gift shop sales, and help create an exceptional museum experience. If you have retail or customer service experience and are looking for a fun and engaging work environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

✔ Welcome visitors and sell museum tickets ✔ Assist customers with purchases in the gift shop ✔ Handle cash and card transactions at the register ✔ Keep the shop looking great and restock merchandise ✔ Answer general visitor questions about the birthplace and museum

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, outgoing personality Ability to work weekends Prior retail or customer service experience (preferred) Interest in history and museums is a plus!
