Prairie Gymnastics Club is a locally owned, community-focused "neighborhood" gym dedicated to providing a positive, athlete-centered environment for our families and staff. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic coach to lead our USAG Level 4 Girls Team and support the continued growth of our competitive program.

Position Type:

Part-time (with potential for growth)

Compensation:

$20

• 24/hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Morning/afternoon/evening and weekend hours (approximately 15-20 hours/week)

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead and coach USAG Level 4 Girls Development Program team Plan and run structured, engaging daily practices Prepare athletes for and attend competitions (5-6 per season) Assist with athlete development and evaluations Support recreational classes as needed Assist with registration, customer service, and other office duties Ensure a safe, positive, and productive training environment Assist with special events, including our annual

Positive, energetic, and athlete-focused coaching style Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, professional, and organized Passion for developing young athletes both in and out of the gym Willingness to continue learning and growing as a coach

Requirements:

Prior gymnastics coaching experience required (team experience preferred) Ability to pass a USA Gymnastics background check USA Gymnastics Professional Membership & Safety Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) High school diploma (some college preferred)
