We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Glass Installer / Glazier to join our growing team. This role involves the installation of high-end residential and light commercial glass projects, including frameless shower doors, mirrors, and custom glass applications. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience, takes pride in clean, precise work, and is comfortable working directly in clients' homes. We are a fast-growing, design-focused company with a steady pipeline of projects across the North Shore and Greater Boston area. What You'll Be Doing Install frameless shower enclosures, mirrors, and custom glass systems Read and interpret measurements, layouts, and job specifications Lead installations and ensure projects are completed cleanly and efficiently Maintain organized, job-ready work areas Communicate professionally with homeowners, designers, and contractors What We're Looking For Proven experience installing frameless shower enclosures independently; Must be able to install frameless shower enclosures without supervision.
