Glass Production Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Glass Production Coordinator to review customer measurements and drawings, verify job specifications, identify out-of-square conditions, and prepare orders for production using Smart Glazier. This position works closely with customers, sales staff, and production to ensure all glass orders are accurate and production-ready. Responsibilities Review customer measurements, drawings, and specifications for accuracy Identify out-of-square openings and potential production issues Enter and process orders in Smart Glazier Verify glass sizes, hardware selections, and fabrication requirements Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding missing or incorrect information Prepare production paperwork and ensure jobs are ready for fabrication Assist with scheduling and production planning Maintain organized job files and production records Communicate with shop personnel to ensure smooth workflow and job completion Help resolve order discrepancies and production concerns Qualifications Experience in the glass, glazing, shower door, or window industry preferred Familiarity with shower door systems, insulated glass units (IGUs), and fabrication processes preferred Experience using Smart Glazier or similar software is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read measurements, shop drawings, and specifications Good communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment Proficient with computers and order entry systems Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays and vacation Opportunities for growth within the company

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
