Glazier/Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Glazier/Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing glass and related fixtures across a variety of construction and remodeling projects. Your expertise will help ensure that each project meets high standards of quality, safety, and precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial storefronts to residential renovations, contributing to the transformation of spaces with expert craftsmanship. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install glass panels, windows, doors, and custom fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans. Fabricate glass components and related materials in the shop or on-site as needed. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely while maintaining proper posture and technique. Apply caulking, sealing, and trim carpentry techniques to ensure airtight and aesthetically pleasing finishes. Install fixtures such as cabinets, mirrors, frames, and metal or wood trim with precision. Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling materials and disposing of waste according to safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in glass installation, construction estimating, or related trades such as carpentry or remodeling. Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., chisels, screwdrivers), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and fabrication equipment. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various construction site environments. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Experience with metal stud framing, drywall installation, caulking, fixture installation, door hanging, cabinetry setup, and remodeling projects is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure precise measurements and installations. Valid driver's license preferred; ability to travel between job sites as required.
